ZoieLogic Dance Theatre CIC - Business Support
Form the the spring of 2023 until winter 2024, Southern Creative Communities actively supported ZoieLogic Dance Theatre in their fundraising efforts. Our involvement extends beyond mere financial sourcing; we've also helped them develop a unified marketing and fundraising strategy to maximise impact and sustainability.
Testlands CIO - Project Leadership and Strategy
Over the past year, Southern Creative Communities CIC has supported Testlands with strategic development, funding strategy and project delivery. We have contributed to the refinement of the Vision35 strategy, embedded EOS practices such as Rocks and Level 10 meetings, and led on the creation of business cases for new community and leisure sites including Woodmill and SWAC. Alongside this, we have provided bid writing support and developed policies to strengthen fundraising and income generation. Our role has combined consultancy and hands-on project management, helping Testlands to build capacity, secure new opportunities, and position itself for long-term sustainability.
40 Degreez - Strategic & Fund Raising Support
Since October 2024, Southern Creative Communities CIC has supported 40 Degreez with strategic planning, funding development and organisational growth. We have co-developed a refreshed business plan and Theory of Change, advised on governance and evaluation, and provided practical input into funding applications such as the National Lottery Awards for All. Our work has also helped strengthen feedback mechanisms with staff and service users, ensuring future plans are shaped by lived experience. This blend of consultancy and hands-on support has enabled 40 Degreez to build capacity and lay stronger foundations for sustainable growth.
